Please clean up your room by yourself and keep Public area is cleaned by our cleaners though we need your cooperation to keep the house clean and comfortable.

Before using the internet connection in your room, please make sure to have your computer protected by installing active anti-virus software. Since the LAN cable is shared with many others, it’s very important to update the anti-virus software frequently to keep your computer from harmful viruses. Using a virus-infected computer can not only slow down the system but also can inactivate the access point or may cause serious damages or failure to the LAN system and to the other computers used in the same building. Please keep your computer virus-free. Instillation of any valid anti-virus software and its update is required. Using a computer that doesn’t meet these requirements is prohibited. Please do not use a rooter, HUB or wireless LAN because it may cause similar problems. Using these equipments is also not allowed. Please use only one computer at a time. Please do not hook up any electric instrument(ex. TV, audio system…etc.) to the internet connection. It may slow down or stop the line. Please note that there might be possible to slow down or system down of the internet line. If any, we’ll try our best to recover the line yet it might take some time to investigate and fix the problem. We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter. Our internet connection is provided in each room for free of charge. Whereas if you use a computer which can not accept the IP address provided from us, you may not be able to use our internet service. Please understand that we can not solve the connection problems of this kind individually. The provider’s customer service is not available to the residents on our Free Service Internet connection. Please note that there are cases that our Free Service Internet line stops by someone's inappopriate use of our Internet line or failure of equipments since our Internet line is shared with other people living in the same building and provided in totally free of charge. Please note that our Free Service Internet line stops for 5-10 minutes regularly as we have reboot system to secure and maintain stable Internet line as much as possible. If your purpose to use Internet line is for your work, business or to make a profit, please have your own Internet line in your room individually. It is not allowed to use our Free Service Internet line with PC which installed file shareing software, Such as "Share", "Perfect Dark", "e Mule", "Limewire"..oher P2P software, and so on. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by using our Free Service Internet line.
